Gary Sibley has been Vice President of Finance of The Duvall Group, Inc. since 1997. He is responsible for the overall financial management of the company, including accounting, risk management, treasury, mergers and acquisitions, and the fluid integration of these areas with operations.

Before joining The Duvall Group, Mr. Sibley was a Senior Auditor with Tichenor & Associates from 1996 - 1997. There he audited accounting systems of a major Federal Agency, and the D.C. Government. From 199 - 1996, Mr. Sibley was Director of Operational Support Audits for the U.S. Navy, where he directed their program of operation audits and provided oversight and technical guidance to their internal review function.
