| Corporate Profile Ron Duvall Ron Duvall is the Chairman and CEO of The Duvall Group, Inc., which he founded in 1993. The Duvall Group provides consulting services to colleges and universities around the globe. As Chairman and CEO, Mr. Duvall oversees Duvall Groups strategic development activities. Since its founding, Mr. Duvall has directed the firm to the acknowledged premier position in college bookstore consultation. Before creating Duvall Group, Mr. Duvall served as Director of Bookshops and Interim Executive Director of Auxiliary Services at Georgetown University. While at Georgetown, Mr. Duvall was instrumental in the transformation of Georgetown University Book Shops from a small retail store to a group of contemporary, technologically updated stores. This included designing and building a brand new Law Center Store, where there had previously been none. Prior to joining Georgetown University, Mr. Duvall served as President of Duvall and Associates. There, he provided operational reviews, training, and monitoring for institutionally operated stores. Mr. Duvall was instrumental in developing more effective used book programs, and increasing gross margin, paperflow, staff utilization, and computerization. Mr. Duvall also has experience working as Vice President of Campus Books, Inc., a bookstore leasing company, and as a bookstore manager at Johns Hopkins University. |
